Atidan Expands Strategic Relationship with Microsoft

PHILADELPHIA - June 20th, 2006 - Atidan, a leading provider of software-development and IT consulting services, announced today an expanded relationship with Microsoft. Already a member of Microsoft Corp.'s Partner Program, Atidan will now be offering flexible options through Microsoft Financing and Microsoft Services Provider Licensing designed to help it's customers acquire the software, services, or hardware their businesses need to jump-start their Atidan relationship.

Microsoft Financing is designed to provide one Financing resource for all IT needs, whether they are software, services, hardware, or all three. Financing options are convenient and allow customers to spread the costs of the software over an extended period of time, thus preserving their precious cash resources.

The Microsoft Service Provider License Agreement (SPLA) enables service providers such as Atidan with a hosted offering to license Microsoft products on a monthly basis to provide services and hosted applications to their end customers.

"Microsoft Financing enables our customers who wish to acquire software and hardware to pay in predictable installments that are budget-sensitive. This enables Atidan to meet the needs of our customers, whether their budget is US$60,000 or US$1,000,000." said Atidan Chief Executive Officer David J. Rosenthal.
