System Analyst

Job Responsiblities:

Gathering requirements
Creating Business Requirement documentation, Functional Requirement Specifications (Use Case based), System Requirement Specifications (Use Case based), Wireframes (UI Prototypes)
Facilitate discussions and work closely with the development team to assist in understanding of requirements and design constraints
Identification & escalation of potential requirements & design issues to the Project Management Team
Delivery of artifacts in accordance with the Project & Quality plans
Contribute in QA & Process Improvement efforts

Experience: 3-8 Years

Key Skills:

Have excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate walkthroughs and workshops.
Experience in requirements gathering.
High levels of proficiency to capture, express, analyse and present business and functional requirements.
Experience with OO analysis and design.
Have experience with Use Cases, Business Domain Models and UI Specifications.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, patience & ability to work under pressure.

Expert Knowledge in Areas (Mandatory):

UML
Microsoft Solutions
OOAD
RDBMS OR SQL Server
Complete SDLC documentation - FRS, BRS, SRS

Working Knowledge in areas (added advantage/optional):

Microsoft .Net
Any object oriented software like Rational Rose, TogetherJ.
Microsoft Visio
