Test Lead

Job Responsiblities:

Devise Test Strategy depending on project needs
Write and Execute Test Cases and Bug Reporting
Interact and adapt to the Client & Partner requirements
Provide leadership to the testing team
Remote testing of applications
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Identify, analyze, and respond to project risks
Manage changes to project scope
Communicate status to management

Experience: 3-5 Years

Expert Knowledge in Areas (Mandatory):

Ability to understand business requirements
Functional & others forms of Manual Testing
Black box & White box Testing
Bug reporting & tracking tools
Test Strategy and Test Plan creation
MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel
Complete SDLC know-how & documentation
Projects based on Microsoft Technologies

Working Knowledge in areas (added advantage/optional):

UML
Microsoft .Net & XML
RDBMS OR SQL Server
Microsoft Platform Solutions like SharePoint, Project Central, BizTalk etc
Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence

Work history of the following attributes:

Automated Testing tool
Testing exp. on Microsoft .Net & XML , RDBMS OR SQL Server
Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence
Collaboration software like Microsoft SharePoint

Education: BSc/BE/MCA/MBA/CA

Designation: Test Lead

Salary: Commensurate to experience

Location: Mumbai, India

Required to Travel Abroad: Potentially for short durations
