Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedule & budget
• Ability to initiate, lead, motivate and mentor a team
• Plan, interact and adapt to the Client & Partner requirements
• Be flexible to manage projects on varied technologies and cater to time difference needs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Identify and manage project issues
• Identify, analyze, and respond to project risks
• Manage changes to project scope
• Communicate status to management
• Provide oversight and direction to project team

Experience: 4 - 8 Years

Key Skills:

• Project Management and 4+ Years of hands on experience in all phases of full SDLC for Enterprise level Applications

Expert Knowledge in Areas (Mandatory):

• MS Project
• MS Office, especially PowerPoint & Excel
• Complete SDLC know-how & documentation
• Projects based on Microsoft Technologies

Working Knowledge in areas (added advantage/optional):

• UML
• Microsoft .Net & XML
• RDBMS or SQL Server
• Microsoft Platform Solutions like SharePoint, Project Central, BizTalk etc.
• Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence

Education: Graduates/Post Graduates in Computer Science/Engineering
