Each region is represented by a color determined by its performance versus budget. For all other accounts, the data is displayed by months and by year-to-date.

The data for this example is updated on a daily basis, providing the regional manager with basic information about each location. Click on the location name to see the updated information. This model serves as a single source of information for daily and year-to-date (YTD) metrics. The model uses alerts colors (red, yellow and green) to focus the manager's attention on the areas that require his / her intervention.
