David J. Rosenthal
Founder
and President, Atidan LLC
David J. Rosenthal
founded Atidan in 2005 and currently serves as the company's President. He
brings to Atidan more than 14 years of experience in technology, marketing
and business development, with a particular focus on software, e-business and
new technologies.
Prior to founding Atidan, David was a Partner and Vice President
at Brivea LLC, an international business-intelligence services firm. He has
also held senior IT management roles at CDI Corp., a recruiting, employment
and engineering-services company, and worked in product management, product
marketing and IT services at Ameritech Corp. David has a BA in Economics from
Northwestern University and has completed coursework in the Executive MBA program
at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He is a member of the New Jersey
Technology Council, the New Jersey Entrepreneurs Forum, Greater Philadelphia
Senior Executives, and the Project Management Institute.
Kartavya Chitalia
Chief Executive Officer, Atidan Technologies Pvt Ltd (India), Global EVP, Atidan LLC
Kartavya Chitalia founded Atidan in India in 2005, rapidly growing from two people to 50+ in just three years; with specialization in collaboration platforms, business intelligence, custom solutions and production support services. Kartavya brings to Atidan over 15 years of global experience in the software development and consulting industry. Seven of those 15 years were spent in the U.S. As CEO of Atidan India and global EVP he leads the offshore development center in Mumbai.
Earlier, Kartavya led the 200+ people Mumbai development center of Netdecisions (a.k.a. Agilisys), a UK-based consulting firm catering to prestigious clients like McDonald's Europe, HCG, npower, Invensys Japan etc . He was the co-founder and CTO of a recruitment software firm specializing in HR web services.
Starting his career as a developer in the US, Kartavya was elevated to director of product development at Personic, Inc (a.k.a Xperius), a global leader in Human Capital Management software. He led large scale software projects for Microsoft, Accenture, CDI, Michael Page, Wells Fargo Bank, etc and won performance and partnership awards. Kartavya has a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics from Mumbai University, and holds several certificates in software technology and management.
Advait Chitalia

Advait Chitalia, started his career
as a software entrepreneur, co-founding Grey Matter India, a rapidly growing
software consulting firm. More recently, he spent several years in product
development and marketing, serving as the product head in India's well-known
business house, Forbes Group, where he worked extensively on Self Service Technology
(Smart Terminals) and launched the first ever Interactive Check-Digitization
Machine in India. His wealth of experience in different technologies along
with his extensive expertise across a wide breadth of vertical markets enables
him to assist organizations in making proper technical decisions that deliver
upon their visions.
Advait has a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics from
Mumbai University and a Masters in Business Administration (Marketing) from
Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
Jack A. Rosenbloom
General
Counsel
Jack A. Rosenbloom serves as Atidan's General Counsel. He is responsible
for directing the legal affairs of the company. Jack brings eleven years of
legal experience as a corporate and tax lawyer, working for several major law
firms in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to practicing law, Jack worked
as a consultant for Ernst & Young
LLP and as a manager for a Fortune 100 company. Jack is a frequent lecturer
and author in entrepreneurship and technology law. He also is the principal
of the Rosenbloom Law Group LLC, a boutique business law firm located in Conshohocken,
Pennsylvania.
Jack graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A., and the Widener University School of Law, where he earned his JD, and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Jack also received an LL.M. in Taxation from the Villanova University School of Law.
